I can't stop crying. Haven't been in this place for ages. It just doesn't make any sense, everything has been going so well. All part and parcel of having a mental health problem I guess.
Through the tears I'm trying to unpick it. Somewhere along the line my confidence has taken a massive downfall. Not sure how to get it back.

Have you asked for help from the usual suspects........... from reading past blogs it sounds like you tend to wait not wanting to bother anybody................................. GO BOTHER SOMEONE!!!!!
